Tires can not ba ABEC 11. The ABEC numbers only for the ball and really only makes sense for high-speed machines. The rating is basically meaningless to Skates and skateboards. Many of the best ball of the bones, Zero Drag, and Twin Cam does not even reach the standard ABEC 1. I suspect that many do not carry the name "Business" (just buy the cheapest possible bearings and pack them) argue that skill levels do not respond if they can swindle the common thought that are making great.
