want to have a clear vision of 20/20?

Ima 16 years old with glasses, in our eyes. -0.50 And -1.50, respectively, left and right. How do I restore my clear vision 20/20? Exercises shud what should I do? how often? How many days does it take to get a noticeable improvement?

there is no magic set shortsighted. eye care could not even improve your vision. the only thing I suggest is to have frequent vision breaks after 45-60min to work about 10min. see something good and preferably green. but in reality it promises.
